i note the guy third from the right is out of place. Looks as if he should really be third from the left. Maybe even second as he's quite short. Would that invalidate the deal under Saudi law?

Joe Aston correctly identified it was joke from the beginning, now over two years from announcement nothing tangible has been announced to NSX shareholders, how much was and continues to be spent on this project? Curiously, an employee of the other JV partner in a post on Linkedin seems to think the Saudi's are not interested in a new exchange, so much so he no longer has a job on the project!
