Advanced discussions with an institutional investor interested in investing alongside ReNu Energy in one or more of Countrywide Hydrogen’s existing or new green hydrogen projects.
An international solar consortium approached CH during the quarter to join a project in southeast Asia as its hydrogen production partner. The proposed solar installation will provide excess behind-the-meter energy for hydrogen production. The consortium, which will introduce CH to hydrogen offtakers in the area, has successfully developed several solar projects in the region. Discussions on potential collaboration terms will continue in the coming quarter.
