is this the way it's normally worded?
"(Company) issued 75,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares by way of a private placement (Issue) that may be subject to a subsequent offer for sale."
Does this mean the shares have been created and added to register but not yet given the eventual recipients (UK firms)? Or that the "UK firms" have got the shares but will onsell them to their own investors?
what I'm getting at is: is the deal finalised or not? Doesn't seem entirely clear...
I got a similarly vague response from MS this morning to my question about whether the valuation of CVI at clawback will be based on market cap or valuation of assets...
