imo vAN press release not exactly clear about what exactly in the 152 page ruling van is appealing.. 2022wasc357 gave Zuleika 4% interest in the tenements containing K2/PHB/K1 so potentially this award of 4% of K2 is what VAN is appealing? The courts ruling on extent of damages zag deserve has not yet been filed but when it is, and assuming van still has money in the kitty to pay lawyers, van will certainly appeal the wasc ruling on zag damages as well.
