Ann: Shares Issued in Breach of Listing Rule 10.11, page-98

Hi Names,

Its interesting to see the following comment from the 2017 announcement

"Furthermore, the Company will request shareholders authorise the issue of shares and options on the same terms as the Shortfall Offer, at the next general meeting."

I would have thought WKT would have updated the prospectus, or provided some commentary in their recent announcements that the shares would be sold and any profit donated. And the issue of shares to the director be approved at the current AGM,

It is pretty entertaining to read, "The Company has taken steps to ensure that such unintended breach is not repeated in the future."

Yet here we are a few years later and WKT has breached the same rule again.
