Perhaps a fair bit of short covering helped spike it up this morning - if there were still a lot trading positions still open.
Right now, IMO going long or short is a gamble. Today's action was precluded by the set-up made last Thursday when going long was an odds-on play as was discussed here by many right at that time. It will be interesting to see what happens in the next couple of days.
Perhaps a more solid look at 73.5c is on the cards after today's big volume and big move. It will be good to have all the indicators back in more neutral territory.
