Before we get too excited please note that nc told us fa.
He told us that he was wrong with his 98% completion of plant when he did.
Without much calculation the 2% left to complete of the PLANT would have taken 2% of 100% = 98% which was complete.

This only amounted to a few weeks at worst...
So what does that tell you? "nothing much other than that they took about 1 year to complete the 2% .... geesh

In reality the 6-7% gain today is just hype.

I'm a LT holder so its not to my advantage to downramp LYC in fact the opposite.
I would appreciate other's opinion.
