falling in love with a technology This is as dangerous as falling in love with a stock. Look at the plummetting prices for digital cameras, great technology but the profit margins might be getting thin. There is great technology around but the main beneficiaries are companies that use the technology. There is no better proof of this than banks and their use of computers and online banking. They retained all their profit margins and smashed their overheads. If voice technology is to enter the market place then there has to be cost savings via improved efficiency or reduced overheads.
