re: another small maxsim contract Ousia, I've had ADA on my watchlist for a long time. Watched their ups and downs and have come to suspect there now has to be a basic lack of top level management ability in the company, an idea that is echoed earlier in this thread.
A company can have world beating widgets, win many multi million dollar contracts, and still be an also ran if management is not up to the task
You appear close to the company, are you able to use that knowledge to form an impartial view of the top management? Sales ability seems OK, but how is the all round management ability, the ability needed to squeeze maximum profit $ out of each contract?
