$350mill CAPEX is easy if you;
-Have legally binding and reliable offtakes.
-Have substantial potential for operating profit
-Yield on debt is high enough/ or you add in enough performance measures like options, warrants or some of the debt is convertible.
The western offtakes are key to everything. If we get them, all Thunderbirds are a go!
