Do you have a lead on JP morgan being a broker for GEM, or are you guessing? It certainly seems the whole scenario has been staged managed over the past few weeks to drive the SP down.
Kennedy and the Board would be astute enough to be aware of this too.
So why would they lock in at a piddling 70c?
I wonder what other incentives might be around (under the table in brown paper bags) for special individuals.
I can't help thinking this situation smells of collusion.
Someone (ASIC? or ASX?) would have to have an interest in what is going on here. Perhaps we should all make contact?
Meanwhile 70c is nowhere near enough and I hope there will be a strong vote against such a ridiculous offer. First up for me is an email and phone call to KDC to put them in my picture. I am very disappointed in Kennedy, I thought he was made of better stuff.
NB I am profitable at 70, but I reckon it is not anywhere near the true value. Has anyone had a go at working out what a fair value would be based on current/recently upgraded resources?
