    My advice to any holders unfamiliar with process in regard to the offer is...

    "don't sign anything until they are pushing you to the dotted line with a bulldozer"

    When they send out the paperwork with the offer price of 70c, if you sign that and send it back, they have you at 70c...a contract...even if a higher offer comes along!

    Sit on your hands for as long as possible!
