I take it you did not read the post under the title, so I will post the first two lines for your convenience as taken directly from the hartley's report on pen in sept 09. The first two lines as follows:
PENINSULA MINERALS LTD
Massive Uranium Potential, Upside >70cps
Were you to read the report it clearly indicates why hartley's believe there is great potential upside (70CPS) and now it seems almost certain the mining license will be granted it is entirely possible for this to eventuate. Imho, peer comparison for pen at this stage is highly improbable based on where pen are at in this stage of their development.
