I do agree sircorp with 15cps in the short term. However as all here know - partly due to Hangsengs excellent work and their own dd, there are a lot of contributing factors that will ensure a slow but steady price rise eg, mining lease (a license to print money), updated jorc, going into production, lets not forget SA, Oz and Fiji. It would seem to me (I may be wrong) you are only valuing pen on lance, that would imho be a critical error of judgement.
