Speaking of dangerous activities we handled mercury in science classes and didn't have fume cupboards when creating dangerous vapours in the lab.
This true story however sticks I'm my mind.
When dissecting a sheep that was preserved with formaldehyde, a student took on a bet that he could eat a cubic cm of preserved meat.
He went all sorts of colours in the face but he won the bet.
I don't know if he got cancer, but that wouldn't have helped his cause?
