    How things change over a few months with just a few extra cents per share offered to cancel out some significant undervalued statements by OBS....Why was OBS left so short of cash for so long before the takeover ?? How did the running of DGR and OBS affect or facilitate the desicion to accept the takeover?...

    Buyer is getting a bargin imo, two or three high grade projects for the price of one.
