Imo they made it clear enough, although I suspect many have no idea just how huge that tax/SRB bill will be. On the bright side by the time they pay it they will probably half way recovered the payment from fresh income.

The HY accounts will be very interesting as they with give the payment amount, and also provide a very good idea what the future extent of SRB is.

Don't neglect that in these times it is cash in YOUR bank that counts. I'd prefer have heaps of cash in OUR bank and net payables than to have a little cash and heaps of recieveables. Esp in this case where a lot of the payables will be covered by post 31 Dec cashflow.
