    Ok its clear that VBA is in a stronger position than QAN but as stand alone company is the loan to value ratio of 72% "safe"?

    Are they at the mercy of the banks like the LPT sector?

    Are there any risks of breaching lending covenants or the banks simply pulling the rug from underneath them?
