From the news releases so far My understanding is that the proposed deal is already agreed between all parties.(except shareholders). A compromise arrangement/agreement in my experience relates to someone who is owed money signing to accept that the deal represents full and final settlement and that there will be no future claims.This is very common in employment/redundancy situations and clearly in a situation that involves restructuring a debt.
In an earlier release it was said that a deal with PLA's main creditor had been done so I expect this is an admin excercise.
