whilst its great to achieve a 72% uptake in the raising, (of which I took up all ent and then plus some) its still a bitter pill to swallow knowing that the 23,795,028 shares shortfall ends up in the hands of the underwriters.
as those so called underwriters sold us down the gutter the last time, remember?
of course, its nothing personal right, as its all in the name of its just business!
so here we are again but question is, what are s+p going to do this time out of the following choices,
a: sell the overhang of shares on market driving the price down bit by bit until we are back to 4c again?
b: wait for the news to then sell it in a pump and dump thus potentially ending or limiting any rally positive for Ton?
c: hold these 23m+shares in view of believing Triton should be worth far more than current value?
this will be most interesting to watch what unfolds or to what they do here or from this point on.
after shares are issued I believe that holders and the market should be entitled to a view of a new Top 20 holders
anybody think that sounds rational?

imho s+p should be very careful what they choose to do here or how they do it.
as should they choose option a or b then they would show nothing but true hypocrisy
or should they choose to remain holders in a ton T20 then they would be seen to practice what they preach
in any case I certainly will be following what actions these underwriters take.
meanwhile, back at the ranch, the shareprice and technicals are doing what a friday triton does best (suck)
