I can see your point. Technically they’ve already paid 0.075c per share and what you’re saying is to obtain more of a holding they need to stay under 0.075 for the 20% discount? Although it is possible, I believe the convertible note holders are happy paying 0.075cps; we are about to see multiples of this imo. I’m happy also as my average is 0.043c.

If you look at the amount of Capital which is waiting for such projects around the world, what we are sitting on is phenomenal. With the likes of Cummins, Fortescue Future Industries etc.

In regards to HVAC, I actually work as a senior technician for a large commercial/industrial company. I know first hand how much electricity it costs to run a cool-room or cool an office with an A/C.
About 7 years ago, we did a test at a large supermarket trialling 5 different energy efficient ways to run a cool-room and by far the most efficient was a VSD(Variable Speed Drive). If Sprintex can perform as they say with reduction of 10-40% in energy usage is a massive selling point to manufacturers like Daikin, Samsung, Toshiba etc.

The future in my eyes as I see it will be a takeover from a major manufacturer which will engulf and its patents.
