Agree with your comments. In addition if you consider associate company investments may be 1B+ if you consider price being quoted for Move in USA. (REA p% of equity). These are not making any noticeable profits yet but the equity valuation is about $10 per share as it stands now. If you make adjustments in the SP for the $10, PE comes down further. This company has plenty of potential and we will see when the listing start improving. Listing transactions will improve as soon as sellers accept the current house prices or lower is going to be normal for next 5 years +.
