I'm not surprised by this. IntelliHR is an emerging SaaS company with world-leading HR technology. In 2020 they were selling at 50 cents per share on $2million ARR. Now they are being offered to be acquired at 14 cents/share on $9 million ARR. IntelliHR has also shown a rapid improvement in cashflow and is almost cashflow positive. I believe that a small capital raise or loan will get them through and provide even bigger value for sharesholders.
Do you own research but I would not even sell at this new price.
