The hits today were great but would suggest taking a good look at the following:
Prospectus and references to production or cashflow.
How much production or cashflow has actually happened
History of cap raises
Exec remueration and consulting fees
Listing price
How long they have been talking about a DFS
How many shares management have bought on market
etc
