Fotios could not accept earlier than 21 days from the commencement of the offer. He also wouldn't want to accept whilst there was any doubt about hitting the 80% mark. Now that risk has evaporated, he would be advised to accept the offer quickly and ensure he gets it to 90% before next Friday so there can be a compulsory acquisition of the remainder of outstanding shares.
I will go to bed tonight counting sheep rather than count potential offer acceptances.......
