For that exclusive expenditure is on top of the already massive expenditure within the welfare budget on meeting the needs of the aboriginals within the extant and mainstream welfare budget

And...thats on top of their access to all the other programmes ie health education etc that they as part of australia already plug in to and access.

And that towards a group that provides an almost negligible credit input into govt coffers.

The point i'm making is that you are right...$ is not and cannot be the answer
