Looks like shorters want to keep that 73% ratio up, couldn't have too much CUV green days so try a bit of market disruption on low volumes as they have always done.

Clinuvel just keep on pumping profits at the rate of about $1 Million per week while working towards completing their blockbuster phase 3 next year along with results and this is not priced in at all.. Bit of Disc discussion as they still reckon they can be successful in EPP on the back of a phase 2 trial which didn't show any significant benefit for time in sunlight over the placebo. This is really interesting as was our CEO referring to Disc when he said at a webinar; "Both of the two active companies are yet to complete clinical studies and generate data that would satisfy a regulatory agency."??.
No blockbuster phase 3 going on at Disc, like Clinuvel have with Vitiligo, and they will never compete in the Vitiligo or tanning markets because their product does not do those things.

Really interesting to watch this one play out. Even if Disc managed to snag an FDA approval I doubt any money they made would be enough to turn around their serious cash burn into profit? Also might have to pay royalties etc so bloody strange set up that Disc can have a $3 Billion valuation compared to CUV at a tiny $550 Million. I suppose it does bode well if they did achieve success with a failed phase 2 on time sunlight, then Clinuvel with a successful phase 3 in a much bigger indication with an already FDA approved drug should be very optimistic. Only one of the two companies is priced for perfection and it is definitely not Clinuvel, who actually have proven success with the FDA, and translating that into some peer leading financial performances.
