Get the acquisition of Talley's stake finalized (pure speculation, I don't know for sure, but would make alot of sense) and onwards and upwards to well above $2 - FINALLY!

One would hope a judge referring to the case as an "abuse of process" would mean that costs would be awarded to BRL.
