Ann: Proposed issue of securities - MEI, page-2

This is the only thing I don't like about this Company, IMO to me they appear to be also mining the Registry.

We are told that his particular issue is for US$1M in shares, being part payment of the latest acquisition, but is not due until 3/06/2024

So why Issue those Securities now, when the SP is presumably at a low compared to what we expect it to be this time next year ???

IF the SP in June next year is double what it is now, what happens to the surplus 5M shares ?

I would appreciate it if the Company Secretary could publish a registry showing all class's of shares, where they are held and who + the conditions to be met for any new issues / conversions etc, otherwise the BOD is opening the door for a well known worm to start making accusations (again) !.
