I never vote for performance (incentive) freebies.
The members of a BOD get plenty of incentives to do their job well
1) High salaries
2) Their commitment to the companies' shareholders
3) a desire to see the company that employs them doing well and advancing.
This time around, I will be voting against the remuneration resolution. Just to send a message that I am not completely happy with where BNL is at after three years of promises.
