I agree about the cloud over HCT, but the SP imho still would not be 5c-7c if ASX had already been to court and slapped the Dr becasue the company is making huge losses month after month...
They have to raise this quarter to stay afloat unless some magical cash order comes in and pays up front....Cough cough.
With wages and expenses over a $m per quarter then the proxy vote to place more shares will probably carry them another couple/few months..
Everything the Dr can squeeze before hes gone will be done........With October the new time line for court we can safely bet that this will easily go over to next year to trial...If it ever gets there or Administration first....which would be much more likely
