    I'm simply reading the company announcement.

    Non-Executive Director and Chairman, Mr Robert Klupacs will retire from the Board, effective from
    July 31st, 2023.
    Mr Alex Ding and Mr Christopher Ramsay have been appointed to the Board, effective immediately.
