Still very cheap, now that we know the updated valuations. We are still trading about 28% discount to NTA, after today's revaluation. This does not even consider the value of our circa $45 billion funds management business!
For example, where can you buy property that is worth $1m (after deducting liabilities), and pay only $720k? Plus you get paid additional management fee revenue as a bonus.
