Playing devils advocate for a second. WHat is the amount of money involved in the CHM case. Assume they won. If this was $20m say, doesn't this mean MMX is still OK?
Waht i am trying to do is seperate why MMX is struggling price wise much when other players like BRM have done better?
Is it the pending court case or is this a smoke screen? If the market accepted a worse case outcome for MMX, how bad would this be ?
I don't understand how a company with $160M cash, and a "growth stragey on track" (by the management) is at 52c ?
