Pretty sure blackrock are not selling down under the 5% but transferring to counterparties with the voting rights. Much like MS and MUFG are doing to WGX.
Of coarse the rules for share shaping (Short and distort) are very opaque in aus. ASIC usually discover this months after the action when the offenders offload the stock.

I believe this stock will run up after the Q4 report later this month as the eps may shoot up to over 25 cents /share...(opinion only)
