The only benefit I can think of to the owner converting early is to sell? Obviously the cash will help LRS with all of our planned activities but you'd want to keep all of your money in your own account unless you were planning on selling? That's quite a lot of shares to hit the market at once but perhaps the person is getting prepared for an upcoming sell opportunity? Just musing. I'm far from an expert at this.
