So let me get this right
- The company does a float and is valued at $74m with a shareprice of $0.75
- Price rises to $1+ at its highest taking the valuation to $110m at one stage
- Two raises from the initial offering of 99m shares to now a massive 339m shares on offer so a 330% dilution.
- EBITDA of negative -$2.84M for the year
- Sales trajectory at the current pace will take 5 years to reach break-even not even taking into consideration the costs flying up.
- Price tanks to $0.05 valuing it at $18m.
- Price shoots up to 200% because of steller performance and investor outlook taking MC to $50m, but wait no reason as per the ASX price query?
So what do we think will happen next? The company will sign $5m worth of sales (more than the last 3 years lol) in the next 12 months on mostly 3-year TCV deals and let us just be generous with the cross profit of say 50%, they still will be at a huge loss yearly.
Man, I love the ASX. Ignore me I'm just a dumbo when it comes to shares.
