if you believe this agreement lasts forever, you sre completely deluded, the original ASX announcement states BMCG can only convert equity for 24 months once the funds were released to WKT.
yet for some reason you dont believe or understand what this means.
When do you think the agreement expires?
I have stated August expiry due to understanding the BMCG announcement and the general meeting "notice to shareholders" resolutions.
