The ASX will do nothing. They should pass the matter onto ASIC if they believe that all is not above board, but they won't, and ASIC doesn't want them to. Lets not upset the apple cart to much, jail the likes of Rivken who no one likes anyway, and do other token things, but not too much.
I have been trying to curb my language, but the ASX and ASIC suck each others dicks too much, thats why they are soft cocks.
