Disgraceful doesn't even get close to describing this debacle. We had almost this much in the bank before the legals started a few years ago. If this goes through this company is done.

The reputations of those that have turned a company making, world class asset into spare change will be damaged forever, no one will touch them let alone fund any of their future companies or pie in the sky endeavours.

And while this is going on H/Q's wealth will be increasing by billions thanks to the decisions made by the people who were supposed to be working in our best interests...and to add the final insult it was done with our money!

All that is left to do is vote no and hope there's enough of us that do. A very sad day indeed.
