    maybe the first line in the third paragraph of this latest announcement is a little bit of an indication in how ags is handling this situation.

    "A notice of meeting is being prepared and will be forwarded to shareholders as soon as reasonably possible."

    it looks to me that ags is in no rush.

    i remain optimistic that this offer will not be the final and best offer.
