They are fast running out of money
Nobody wants their share, at any level, without marketing rights. It's as plain as day what it means getting into bed with our JV partner under the current situation
It would appear they expect to loose their court action
The sale is an act of desperation. But total responsibility for this disgrace rests with the Board
It's that simple . Their actions have screwed the shareholders.
