Although they don't have majority to vote for the sale (http://www.allianceresources.com.au/irm/content/top-20-shareholders.aspx?RID=344) I would suggest people to vote for the sale. Q/H has played them all along until they would run out of money and then buy them for nothing. If they will not sell, they won't have the money to fight this fight any longer. They laughed at the previous offer received for 50 something millions and now with the stockpile this offer ain't much different yet they are accepting it.
Although they don't have majority to vote for the sale...
