What's the point of the court case then if the outcome doesn't matter? Doesn't make sense.
My sympathies to the big holders & to those caught higher up. If you couldn't win with the biggest & best U discovery in Australia in the last 25 years, not sure where you can win. Unfortunately, defamation laws prohibit a genuine discussion.
I think this is a humiliation for shareholders.
Personally, I have a trading parcel that I hope to flip at little bit higher level. The rest I will play by ear. 0.115c is too low, though, to consider selling when the offer is around 0.18.
Unfortunately, looks like they're going to play the cash-strapped line meaning voting against is probably not a smart option.
I guess congratulations to Quasar & Heathgate Resources. Guess you can't believe your luck with the bargain you're likely to get & with the quality of the opposition.
