Has anyone considered that now, having reached this last shameful episode, the Board might want to cut and run? Didn't IG recently opt out of GIP?
When you take off the debts owed post sales settlement, and you start with the same money we had in cash prior to the legals ($40m?), what are we left with? Divide that between c401m shareholders? At best 5-6c per share?
If mm's 15c dividend per share was any possibility at all I'd say the directors were planning on a fold up of AGS, and a cut and run. Perhaps we have someone in the wings wanting to buy a shell ?
Just some left field thoughts ... I'm hoping of course that the Directors would want to redeem themselves but .... ?
