"Trying to analyse this rationally doesn't work. There are only two reasons I can think of that you wouldn't let the court case run its full course. One, the case is so weak & the revelations so damaging you don't want a judgement & you don't want it entered into the public record."

Spot on Chris. I still find it hard to believe they can't win the sales right back under any circumstances, unless they forfeited those rights post the original JVA and never informed the shareholders.

The only way to stop this is to roll the board and time is running out unless some acts. All the talk is futile. Action is what is needed.
