If the sale is approved by shareholders the proceedings are to be withdrawn. The truth about the sales rights the stock piling the directors actions in protecting shareholder value will never be known.

How you can vote to sell the project with these and many more questions unanswered is completely beyond my understanding. They need to justify the decision to sell. But how can they without the truth being known.
