I can give you some reasons.

AGS is not the only stock on the market. Other opportunities out there. We've had a bit of a market correction so a few opportunities appearing. So you can be stuck here, or get into something else.

It's also fairly obvious AGS is not a typical company. Plenty of others out there want shareholders buying into their company.

I also now would not put anything past AGS management. Cash must be low & you can guess the rest.

On a personal level, I have too much of my spec funds in here. Best for me to diversify.

If anyone does want to try to hold these, um, anal openings to account, you have my best wishes & the best of luck.

At the AGM, one of the them said (I can't remember which) something like the Blues can't live forever. Well, who knows, maybe AGS management will forget to look both ways when crossing City Rd.
