    i am hoping that all this valuation model stuff will become available when ags makes everything formal.

    atm ags is not at liberty to discuss valuations. this is what i was told.

    maybe the current non disclosure surrounding a valuation is a sign that there is a possibility of a better offer from someone else. obviously this is speculation.
