Well, it's been a few days & the rage (and tears ) are starting to clear from the eyes a bit.

At the end of the day, the offer is about 18.5c

Dividend or return of capital should be at least 5c, possibly up to 15c.

It's been a while since I've had a return of capital, but, from memory, I think it's tax-free.

With ORS, management didn't return anything because of some financial issue they had (can't be bothered to look it up). That shouldn't be an issue here.

There is nothing in the announcements that precludes an offer from somewhere else. Considering so many of you have sold, there's a small part of me that hopes it doesn't come. But, that's only a very, very small part of me.

Very, very disappointed this didn't go to judgement.

I hold til more news at least. Still hope to get the trading parcel away though (then rinse & repeat a few times)
